I enjoy being involved in different parts of the design process, from discovery to delivery and implementation. At the beginning of the process, I enjoy unpacking the problem at hand, planning out research and design activities, and thinking through the most valuable deliverables to the project. Throughout a project, I can flexibly pivot as needed when priorities change.
Management & Mentorship
I have experience in people management, team mentorship, and project management, and I enjoy supporting team members with professional development, project challenges, and general project and career guidance. I enjoy helping people develop new skill sets and have supported designers in leading research studies.
Guiding Internal Processes & Team Practices
I have been involved in team hiring and team growth, creating scaleable deliverables and project templates that can be used across projects, and helping develop consistent practices and processes across design operations and research practices. I enjoy thinking of new ways to encourage a positive team culture that is embedded with support and inspiration.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Across my career in human factors and UX, I have worked with many different types of individuals with backgrounds including engineering, science, commercial, market research, R+D, and strategy. I enjoy sharing research and design work with others and carefully articulating our process and its impact on the collaborative work we are pursuing, throughout the course of a project.
